• SWV & Xscape- Neither host saw the actual verzuz, but did see all the social media and Tiktoks about it. Both host discuss why they missed the event. Obviously this means some hilarious shenanigans were involved. 

• Lil Duval -  Lil Duval was recently dogged on the internet about his statement regarding men over 30. He believes that men over 30 should not have a roommate. In this episode we get personal with history of this as well as both hosts thoughts regarding the issue. 

• Fake Hotep. Everyone who talks about love, light and peace isn't always about it. Be careful who you allow to speak into you. Sometimes these things are only said because it's trendy. We discuss Sasha's spiritual journey and lessons both host have learned along the way. 

• Mother's Day.  Who celebrates the "single mother"? Sasha and Ty both discuss their Mother's day that was spent mostly together with the family. Ty gets personal about her depressed feelings about Mother's day and feels like it's difficult to celebrate when you're single. Sasha gives the pep talk of a lifetime of why that's entirely the wrong way to approach it.
