• The Rising Moment (new spiritual segment)   In our meditations this week, we have been working on our sacral chakra.  Sasha discusses the location, color and the associated crystals of that chakra. 

• Twerk Song Of the Week (New segment) - Our twerk song of the week is Ty's one of Ty's favorites: Clappers by Wale. 

• What's The Scenario: (New Segment) -  In this new segment we are taking real life scenarios from online, our incredible listeners (YOU!) and our personal life to take these teachable moments and what we've learned. This week's scenario: Does the kiss matter? Do you need to be slobbed down when your mate is coming and going? The ladies also discuss the correlation of kissing and tantric sex.
